About
In support of the human artist.
In peaceful protest of the machine.
The 5 Boro Foto Fest is a marketplace and celebration of photographers by art lovers and those who want to support human artists. Photographers exhibit prints, books, zines, and mixed media for sale to an audience that genuinely cares about the craft.
This isn't a commercial trade show — it's a community gathering for people who care deeply about photography and the arts, in a world of algorithms and too many screens.
No AI-generated work is allowed. Mixed media is welcome.
Alongside individual photographers, the fest brings together galleries, indie storefronts, photography collectives, publishers, and manufacturers — creating a full day of discovery in the heart of Queens.
The 5 Boro Foto Fest is presented by The Phoblographer, Corse NYC Design, and Mallon Productions and promoted through its network of photographers and readers.
